NSE-listed consumer electronics company Cellecor Gadgets Limited has reported a remarkable financial performance for FY25, crossing the ₹1,000 crore revenue mark and posting robust year-on-year (YoY) growth across key financial metrics. The company’s FY25 revenue stood at ₹1,025.95 crore, a 105% increase over FY24’s ₹500.45 crore.
Cellecor also registered a net profit of ₹30.90 crore, up 92% YoY, and an EBITDA of ₹54.29 crore (up 83%). Cash profit rose to ₹31.57 crore, signaling the brand’s strong operational execution and growing footprint in the competitive consumer durables and electronics market.

Strong Distribution Network and Retail Expansion
Cellecor’s growth is being powered by a pan-India distribution network comprising over 65,000 retailers and 1,800+ distributors, along with an expanding e-commerce and D2C presence. The company also launched seven exclusive brand stores in FY25 and forged strategic partnerships with leading offline retail chains to boost visibility.

Aligned with the ‘Make in India’ initiative, Cellecor has invested heavily in local manufacturing, product innovation, and R&D. Its growing portfolio spans:

Following back-to-back years of revenue doubling, Cellecor is targeting another ₹500+ crore in incremental sales in FY26, with a topline goal of ₹1,500 crore and PAT projection of ₹50 crore. The brand plans to invest ₹100 crore in capacity expansion, product development, and marketing initiatives in the coming fiscal year.
