Delhivery Limited, India’s leading logistics and supply chain services company, has announced the appointment of Mr. Suraj Saharan, Co-founder and current Chief People Officer, as a Whole-time Director on the company’s Board. The appointment is effective immediately.
Mr. Saharan, who has been with Delhivery since its inception, has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational foundation. He was instrumental in launching Delhivery’s full truckload (FTL) business, a key segment in the company’s end-to-end logistics offerings.
In his current capacity as Chief People Officer, Mr. Saharan has led the company’s talent strategy, focusing on building a high-performance culture aligned with Delhivery’s fast-paced growth and innovation goals.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, Mr. Saharan brings a rich blend of engineering expertise and strategic leadership to the Board. His professional experience spans prestigious organizations including Bain & Company, ICICI Lombard, and the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).
Delhivery, which continues to strengthen its leadership team to drive future growth, welcomed Mr. Saharan’s appointment as part of its long-term strategy to deepen board-level expertise from within the founding team.
