Dell Technologies has announced a significant leadership move with the appointment of Anurag Arora as the Senior Director and General Manager for its India Consumer Sales division. In his new role, Anurag will spearhead the company’s consumer growth strategy, drive sales performance, and oversee the overall direction of Dell’s consumer business across the country.
Rajkumar Rishi, Vice President and General Manager for Consumer Business, Asia Pacific & Japan at Dell Technologies, highlighted the impact of this appointment, noting Anurag’s strong capabilities across the omnichannel ecosystem. “Anurag brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of India’s dynamic consumer landscape. His leadership will strengthen our strategic focus as we continue to deliver cutting-edge technologies and elevate customer experiences,” he said.
Expressing enthusiasm for his new mandate, Anurag emphasized Dell’s commitment to customer-centric innovation. “It’s an honour to take on this responsibility at a time when technology adoption is accelerating rapidly in India. A veteran with over 28 years of experience, Anurag has worked across diverse domains including sales, e-commerce, channel management, large-format retail, and product strategy. Since joining Dell in 2020, he has played a crucial role in shaping the company’s consumer roadmap, especially across Dell.com and its retail operations.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Anurag is deeply invested in mentoring the next generation of business leaders, often engaging with management students to share insights drawn from his extensive career.
With this leadership transition, Dell Technologies aims to reinforce its position in the fast-evolving Indian consumer market while advancing innovation in the age of AI-powered personal computing.
