Dyson has introduced a new colour variant of its Airstrait straightener in India, expanding its premium hair-styling lineup just in time for the festive and wedding season. The latest Ceramic Pink and Rose Gold edition is now available across Dyson demo stores and the official Dyson India website.

Design and Finish
The new edition features a blend of soft ceramic pink with rose gold and metallic plum accents, inspired by the delicate sheen of pearls. Dyson’s CMF (Color, Material, Finish) team designed the ultra-matte satin body to offer both aesthetic appeal and functional grip.
Amelia Ayerst, CMF Design Manager at Dyson, said the pale pink tone was selected to convey warmth and softness, aligning with the Airstrait’s gentle styling technology. The device also undergoes durability testing to ensure long-term reliability.
Technology and Performance
Unlike traditional straighteners, the Airstrait uses high-velocity airflow angled at 45 degrees to create natural tension and align hair strands. This allows the tool to dry and straighten simultaneously, reducing styling time while maintaining shine and minimizing damage.
Dyson’s intelligent heat-control system continuously monitors airflow temperature to prevent exposure to extreme heat — a major advantage for users concerned about long-term hair health.
