Intel Corporation has elevated Sachin Katti to the position of Chief Technology Officer and Head of AI, a move that underscores the company’s intensified focus on artificial intelligence as a core driver of its future strategy. With over 20 years of experience spanning academia, startups, and enterprise innovation, Katti brings a rare blend of technical depth and visionary leadership from his roles at Intel, Stanford University, and Kumu Networks.

In his expanded role, Katti will oversee Intel’s AI roadmap, drive product and research innovation through Intel Labs, and foster collaboration with startups and the global developer community. His mandate includes unifying and accelerating AI initiatives across Intel’s business units, helping the company maintain a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
