Since its inception in 1982, Galaxy Industries, an independent, privately-owned MSME registered company, has constantly grown and continues to serve all types of major private and public industries, including government organizations. With the launch of its new division, Galaxy Energy, India, and several other countries are making inroads into cleaner and greener forms of energy by promoting the manufacture and usage of electric vehicles.
Given the increasing number of two and four-wheelers being made, sold, and used by environment-conscious citizens of the country, Galaxy Energy will deal in EV Charging Stations; therefore electric vehicle users don’t run out of power and find themselves astray from their journey. Not only will it supply AC and DC charging devices to diverse verticals like real estate, malls, highway food courts, and government projects for starters, but also spread its enormous wings across Indian markets.
Starting with a team of about 15, Galaxy Energy is looking to expand with at least 50 people to gear up this new division. While these members will support the sales and marketing initiatives of the company, talks are also underway with some Mumbai-based shopping malls and a couple of renowned real estate companies for the purpose.
The Founder of Galaxy Industries, Mr. Ishwar Panchal (B.E. Mech), says, “While we have petrol, diesel, and CNG pumps in most parts of the country, there aren’t enough charging stations for electric vehicles. That’s where Galaxy Energy is aspiring to make a difference. By supplying their charging devices to real estate, malls, highway food courts and government projects, Galaxy Energy aims to ensure that people aren’t left helpless when their electric vehicles run out of power. Previously, the organization kick-started its other division, Galaxy Industries (Engineering), under which they manufactured pharmaceutical and chemical equipment.
