Now, JBL has recently launched the JBL Tune 230 NC and JBL Tune 130 NC priced at Rs 4,999 and Rs 5,999 respectively. JBL is focusing on providing quality bass along with active noise cancellation (ANC). Also, JBL is promising improved call quality and battery life. While both the models offer similar audio quality, the JBL Tune 230 NC comes with a stem-design while the stem is missing in the compact Tune 130 NC bud.

The design of the JBL Tune 130 NC is similar to most TWS earbuds available in the market. Talking about the audio quality, the JBL Tune 130 NC offers punchy bass and will impress most buyers in India. The audio quality is good and active noise cancellation makes life easy. There’s an ‘Ambient Aware’ feature which lets you listen to what’s happening around you when you are listening to music on-the-go. Also, you can talk to others without removing the earbuds.

One of the biggest USPs is that at this price point, JBL is offering features that you usually get in expensive TWS models. The build quality is good and it’s quite sturdy. The earbuds are IPX4 water resistant. These are quite comfortable to wear but the earbuds may fall from ears during workouts.

Talking about the battery life of JBL Tune 130 NC, the company claims to offer around 8 to 10 hours on a single charge. The case offers an additional 30 hours of battery life. There’s support for fast charging and JBL claims that you can get up to 2 hours of battery life with just 10 minutes of charging.

For a budget of Rs 5,000, the JBL Tune 130 NC is a reliable pair of TWS earbuds that offer a lot of features. With Active noise cancellation, high-quality bass, good battery life, good call quality and support for voice assistants, the JBL Tune 130 NC just ticks all the boxes and gives solid competition to popular models in the budget TWS segment.
