Matata MTM51376 – 5.1 Channel Speaker : Review

Matata is new entrant in the audio category in India, in a very short span of time they have introduced various products in home audio segment. DeviceNext got first opportunity to review this newly launched MTM51376 – 5.1 Channel Speaker from Matata.

Features And Connectivity:

This newly launched MTM51376 – 5.1 Channel Speaker is a 5.1 channels multimedia speakers home theatre system. This product falls under the budget friendly series.  It has 5 speakers all of which give a output of 30 watts and have a normal frequency range and gives 60 dB sensitivity. MTM51376 – 5.1 Channel Speaker comes with multiple connectivity options like –USB / FM / AUX /BT. Thanks to its bluetooth connectivity, you can use this device with any mobile phone to play music or video as well. There is also the FM Radio Tuner present within the speaker that is a fun utility. The speaker system also has a remote control that allows you to adjust all the speakers and woofers volume.

Performance:

MTM51376 – 5.1 Channel speaker features a good build quality, and gives it a premium look. The satellite speakers dimensions are : W90 x H130 x D76 mm and the Subwoofer are W170 x H249 x D292 mm. The connections are very easy and the speaker system  don’t take much time to setup. All you have to do is to place the satellite speakers adequately so that it gives you a room filling sound. Once you set it up you can use the remote to activate the speaker and select the mode of audio source to play. The LED display in the Subwoofer will help you adequate information about settings and volume. When we played various genres in this speaker system it performed very well throughout highs, lows and mids. We also set it up with our TV and enjoyed well with our OTT platform, it gives good room felling sound with good depth without any distortion. We will not recommend  you to blast it in full volume as it will start bit fuzzy after certain level. But we are satisfied with its overall performance, and looking at its price point we will certainly give it a thumps up for its versatile performance.

The demand of home audio segment is again gaining traction, as more and more people now consuming content in OTT platforms and prefer enjoying movies and celebrate every occasion indoors. Matata  MTM51376 – 5.1 Channel speaker gives you a versatile solution for home entertainment, whether watching movies or having a party. This is a good speaker system which comes in a pocket friendly budget  and gives you a good  home theater experience.
