The global technology brandOnePlus today released the eagerly awaited documentary New Beginnings, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. In June 2020, OnePlus announced the expansion of its smartphone portfolio with a new, more affordable product line: OnePlus Nord. The film highlights the journey of bringing a new smartphone to life, giving audiences an unfiltered and a vivid look at the development of a new, more affordable product line, OnePlus Nord, from concept to launch. Starting today, the documentary will be available on Amazon Prime Video for Prime members in India and beyond.
“Today, people want the truth. They want to know how the sausage is made – to go behind the scenes and be closer than ever before,” said Carl Pei, Co-Founder of OnePlus. “This documentary is our way of giving a new generation of tech enthusiasts an inside look: the ups and downs, the highs and lows. We want to share the best technology with the world, and that includes both great tech products, as well as the story behind our technology.”
Filmed in 4 countries over a period of 6 months, the documentary follows the OnePlus Nord project team as they strategize, navigate design obstacles, and adapt to the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Prime members will be able to watch New Beginnings anywhere and anytime on the Prime Video app for smart TVs, mobile devices, Fire TV, Fire TV stick, Fire tablets, Apple TV, etc. In the Prime Video app, Prime members can download episodes on their mobile devices and tablets and watch anywhere offline at no additional cost.
