Boult Audio has witnessed tremendous growth in this 2022 with multiple launches in every subcategory of Audio Products. A big highlight for us was our entry into the smartwatch category with 2 launches in July. Drift, the first watch launched by Boult has the record for the fastest sellout in Flipkart for the category. We made a significant dent in the market share and are shaping the price for the market in this category. Another highlight for us this year has been our expansion in neck-bands across multiple different price and specification points leading to Boult having the biggest product portfolio in the subcategory. An important launch for us in the Audio category has been Boult Audio Omega, a product designed to service all types of consumers spanning different use cases. With multiple equalizer modes, a dedicated ANC mode and battery life better than any in the industry, it is a product like never before in the market.

Technology is upgrading every year, and so is our digital dependency, broadening the horizons of technology trends and shaping the consumer gadgets market globally. While artificial intelligence took the lead in shaping electronic gadgets around the world in the year 2022, it will continue dominating in the year 2023 and further years. AI plays a pivotal role in making the world smarter with gadgets like smart wearables (AI-enabled smartwatches, headsets), AI home robots, appliances, smartphones etc. If we look around, AI is everywhere, from our smartphones to smartwatches, laptops to televisions and home appliances to industrial devices, making the consumer experience smooth and easy. This technology is changing the dynamics of the consumer gadgets market continuously. Next in order, the technology trend that will grab eyeballs in 2023 is the Metaverse, also called the future internet. This tech trend will become the coin of the technological realm. The Internet of Things (IoT) will reign the consumer gadgets market in 2023 as well. Everything depends on IoT technology, from locking our doors remotely to switching on/off the AC miles away from the house, and 2023 is going to witness a lot more of it. In addition, blockchain technology, cloud computing, machine learning, virtual reality, and augmented reality will continue making noise in the tech world in 2023.
