Terms & Conditions for the Dyson Trade-in
- Upgrade to Dyson offer is a limited period offer till 30th September 2023 or till stocks last, whichever is earlier and is applicable on purchase of above-mentioned Dyson products. You will still be eligible for the Trade-in programme regardless of your old machine’s condition.
- If a customer requests a return of the purchased eligible product, it will be subject to Dyson’s return policy, with no entitlement to claim the Exchange Bonus. Additionally, the existing machine will not be returned in case of an eligible product return.
- To access the offer, customers can either submit their old machine upon purchase or opt for collection after receiving the new product, with Dyson coordinating through a collection agency. Failure to respond may require customers to self-dispose their old machine.
