India’s Largest Electric two-wheeler company, Hero Electric won the 2020 EV Two-Wheeler of the Year award for its popular scooter- Optima HX at the 2nd Edition of Jagran HiTech Awards. Hero Electric won the prestigious award in the EV Two- wheeler category for providing efficient and sustainable mobility solutions to the masses.
The Jagran HiTech Awards 2020 were held virtually to honour those who revolutionised the mobile and mobility industry with their innovations. The award ceremony aims to acknowledge all the technology & automobile companies, who have made their mark in the industry through technology innovation etc.

The Hero Electric Optima HX, is the city speed variant of its popular electric scooters Optima.The Optima HX is ideal for city commute for consumers who look for range, reliability, performance, and comfort. With maximum speeds of 42 km/hr of speed and 82 km of distance range, the e-scooter also comes with quick-charge feature that decreases battery charging time substantially. The Optima has won the HiTech award for EV 2Wheeler of the Year two years on the trot now. The Optima HX is launched in sync with the new City Speed e-Scooter line-up by Hero Electric of which
the new Nyx HX is also a part of. The Nyx HX falls in the same category as the Optima HX but is built dedicatedly for B2B and institutional customers keeping in mind their diverse needs.
