Nothing, opens doors of its ‘Exclusive customer service center’ in the vibrant city of Bengaluru for its valued Indian customer base. The inauguration of the service center demonstrates Nothing’s commitment to provide enhanced customer accessibility and ensure top-notch after-sales-support.

The new ‘exclusive service center’ with its unique design will provide customers with a more interactive and engaging experience while offering the support of expert technicians. The center provides unique features like a gaming console and refreshments to keep the customers engaged while waiting for the service. With an on-ground service center in place NOTHING plans to optimize the product’s service and maintenance by reducing repair and waiting times and providing the customer with utmost assistance.

As part of their commitment to India, Nothing has expanded its exceptional services to various regions and its coverage of service centers from 230 to over 300, serving 19000 pin codes across the country. Additionally, the three-year-old Nothing has increased its customer service team by 50%, ensuring continued excellence in services and customer satisfaction.

The Exclusive Service Center will be hosting service camps for Nothing customers on 2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month, host technology workshops and showcase the newest Nothing product launches. The Exclusive Service Center promises 2 hours of resolution time, stand-by smartphone for any delays, and special offers on part replacement & labour charges.

Looking ahead, Nothing India envisions an extensive service network, with plans to establish ‘Exclusive service centers’ in 4 additional cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata & Hyderabad), 20 service centers by 2024 & 35 service centers by 2025. These centers will provide customers across India unparalleled support, ensuring that Nothing’s products deliver outstanding performance.
